As Executive Director for Enterprise Research, Andrew Brown leads a team that advises on all aspects of the enterprise ecosystem; from cloud computing to mobilizing line-of-business applications, enterprise and mobile broadband devices, mHealth, and M2M Communications.
Prior to joining Strategy Analytics he was a program manager at IDC, where he was responsible for mobile computing research as well as the lead analyst on mobile computing, mobile devices, smart phone platform trends and developments and other key important issues in the mobile and wireless markets.
With over 18 years of experience, Andrew is considered a thought leader in the wireless, M2M and enterprise domain.
Principal Analyst, Machina Research
Andy Castonguay has worked as an analyst, advisor and consultant to the mobile industry for over 15 years. With local experience in Latin America and North America, Andy has worked extensively with service providers, device manufacturers, technology vendors, and financial institutions in both mature and growth markets. Currently, Andy is a Principal Analyst at Machina Research focused on the rapidly evolving M2M ecosystems in the Americas with particular focus on mobile health solutions and the M2M devices space.
Prior to joining Machina Research, Andy was a Principal Analyst at Informa Telecoms & Media with focus on mobile devices, application platforms and M2M solutions. During his tenure at the Yankee Group, Andy was Director of mobile devices research, Director of the North American consumer practice and Program Manager for the Latin American mobile services group. During his 7-year stint in Brazil, Andy also worked as a senior consultant at Telefinance, a financial services group, focused on mergers & acquisitions activity, strategic consulting, infrastructure & device financing deals and due diligence projects in the telecommunications industry. Prior to that, Castonguay headed Pyramid Research's Brazil telecoms practice. Before his work in telecoms, Andy worked as researcher at the Health Care Advisory Board in the US focused on the US healthcare industry systems. A frequent speaker and panel moderator at industry conferences and events, Andy is fluent in English and Portuguese.
Associate Director, Automotive Electronics, Strategy Analytics
Mark Fitzgerald, Associate Director, manages inquiries and analytical research of the North American market for the Automotive Electronics (AES), and Automotive Multimedia and Communications Service (AMCS). His experience includes research, forecasting and consulting of automotive electronics and sensor applications in: powertrain control, passenger safety, vehicle stability, and in-vehicle infotainment and connectivity systems.
Prior to joining Strategy Analytics, he was a Marketing Analyst for Pollak Engineered Products, a Tier One supplier of electronic products to the automotive industry. He was responsible for performing and managing technology development and competitive market analysis in the area of automotive electronics. Previously, he headed the North American Automotive Forecast Database Operations for IHS Automotive.

Director, Solutions Marketing, Aeris
Vijay Kannan is responsible for the strategy and marketing of Aeris solutions into verticals markets like Healthcare. He brings a long track record of product management and marketing experience to Aeris, most recently as Sr. product manager at Cisco Systems. At Cisco, Mr. Kannan has held multiple product management/marketing positions across product lines that were in early stages of development to over $200M in revenues in areas including Cloud orchestration, Smart Cities, Security and Service provider solutions. Mr. Kannan has also spent over 2 years at Yahoo, India, where he lead a team of product managers focused on driving growth of social participation platforms. Vijay has an M.B.A. from SJSU and B.E. from BITS, Pilani.
M. Mobeen Khan
Executive Director, Advanced Mobility Solutions, AT&T Business and Home Solutions
Mobeen Khan is the Executive Director of M2M Product Marketing for Advanced Mobility Solutions, a business unit of AT&T Business Solutions. His responsibilities include M2M product marketing strategy and developing AT&T's broad M2M portfolio solutions for business and government customers of all sizes.
Mobeen Khan joined AT&T with more than 15 years of progressive experience in telecommunications and technology marketing, business development, operations and strategy. In his role, Mr. Khan is developing and executing on the M2M product marketing strategy to support the Advanced Mobility Solutions group. His responsibilities include positioning AT&T as a leader in providing M2M wireless enterprise mobility solutions, M2M product portfolio roadmaps to support the growing innovate AT&T Advanced Mobility Solutions Portfolio.
Previously, Mr. Khan worked as a strategy consultant focusing on telecommunication and e-commerce industries and at CRM and mobile start-up software companies leading marketing and business development. Mr. Khan began his career with RAM Mobile Data, which later became part of Cingular Wireless (now AT&T), holding several positions in strategy, technology and product management groups.
Mobeen holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. He also earned his B.S. in Computer Engineering and M.S. in Communications Engineering from Rutgers University. Mobeen lives in NJ and works out of AT&T's Bedminster office.
Director, Strategic Development, M2M & New L-Band, Inmarsat
Joel Schroeder leads the implementation of Inmarsat's M2M strategy across the global business.
Appointed as Director, Strategic Development for Inmarsat's M2M business in February 2012, Mr Schroeder is responsible for developing and maintaining a robust channel and partner programme, as well as driving the evolution of Inmarsat's M2M service portfolio to meet market requirements and demand.
Mr Schroeder joined Inmarsat's Washington, DC office in April 2009 as Market Development Manager, Land Business. In this role he was responsible for leading global market development in the Utilities and Aid sectors, with a focus on new revenue generation and channel development. He also managed the commercial relationship with Inmarsat partner, SkyWave, around the launch of new M2M products and services.
Previously, Joel held a number of high-profile business development and operational roles both in the US and internationally, most recently as a consultant to EDS managing an IT service contract with Shell Oil in West Africa, based in Ghana. Prior to this, Joel was partner and managing director at satellite communications service provider I-LINX, which supplied the government, international development and corporate sectors. Previously, Joel spent almost three years working in the UK as senior manager, business development for Global Telesystems (GTS). Joel started his career in Moscow as Director, Business Development at US West International.
Joel received an MA in International Communication from American University, Washington, DC and a BA in Political Science and French from Concordia College, Moorhead, MN. Joel also speaks French and Russian.
Director, Product Development, Synapse Wireless
Paul currently oversees product definition, development, and solution integration for Synapses Healthcare Division, Synphony Healthcare.
Prior to joining Synapse, Paul was President and co-founder of Plus Location Systems, where he led development of new products and oversaw global business development and operations for location-based solutions. In addition, Paul managed all product life cycles for the real time location sensor platform at Time Domain, as the Director of Products. Previous roles include Product Manager and Training Engineer at Adtran, and Sensor Systems Engineer for Dynetics.
Paul received his BS in Electrical Engineering from Auburn University and his MBA from the University of Alabama.

Fred Yentz joined ILS Technology as senior vice president and chief operating officer in January 2007, bringing with him more than 20 years industry experience in the technology solution market.
Prior to ILS Technology, Fred Yentz served as Vice President and General Manager of RadiSys Corporation, a leading provider of embedded solutions for the telecommunications, enterprise data, medical equipment and the industrial automation marketplaces. While at RadiSys Corporation, Fred served in many capacities including the oversight of World Wide Sales, Marketing, Professional Service, and Business Development in addition to General Manager of Enterprise, Communication and Commercial operating divisions.
Vice President of Market Development, Sierra Wireless
Larry Zibrik is the Vice President of Market Development for Sierra Wireless, responsible for developing key ecosystem relationships with mobile network operators, silicon providers and solution partners. During his time at Sierra Wireless, Larry has been responsible for developing the company's embedded modules business in both PC OEM and broadband M2M markets. Prior to joining Sierra Wireless, Larry gained extensive experience with wireless data and M2M though twelve years at Motorola Inc., where he managed the Embedded Module portfolio globally for Motorola's Wireless Data Group.
